IBBI Registered Valuer, CFA Charterholder, and Chartered Accountant with two decades spanning statutory audit, investment banking, equity research, and corporate finance. The CFA brings the share valuation and investment analysis expertise the IBBI license itself calls on. The FCA grounds the practice in accounting and regulatory rigor.
I started at Deloitte on the audit side, then moved into equity research at CRISIL and fund and portfolio research at Wealth Advisors. From there I worked as an investment banking analyst at RiverBridge, supporting private-market transactions from financial modelling through to execution. Between 2018 and 2021 I was CFO of Medicount India, handling financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow and governance for a healthcare-financing venture. Alongside and after that, I have run CapAdvisors: certification, accounting and valuation-related services from 2014 to 2018, and registered-valuer engagements since 2021.
